Services

Tanzeel SEO Expert provides search engine optimization services, including but not limited to SEO audits, local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, Google Maps visibility work, on-page SEO, technical SEO, ethical link building, keyword research, SEO consulting, and monthly SEO management.

Every engagement begins with a written scope, agreed by both sides before work starts, describing the deliverables, timeline, and price. Work performed outside the agreed scope requires separate written agreement. We perform all services using ethical, white-hat methods. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes, because search engines control their own algorithms and no provider can promise particular positions.

Payments and Billing

Project and audit work is billed as agreed in the written scope, typically with an advance before work begins and the balance on delivery. Monthly management is billed in advance for each month of service.

Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice. If a payment is overdue, we may pause work until the account is settled, after reasonable notice. Prices quoted are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

If the scope of work changes at your request after agreement, we will provide a revised quote before proceeding. You will never be charged for work you did not approve.

Client Responsibilities

SEO is a collaboration, and some things only you can provide.

• Access. You agree to provide timely access to your website, hosting, Google Business Profile, Search Console, and analytics accounts as needed for the work. Delays in providing access may extend timelines.
• Information. You will provide accurate information about your business, services, service areas, pricing, and credentials. We are not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate information you supply.
• Approvals. Where the plan requires your approval, content, profile changes, business listings, please respond within a reasonable time so the schedule stays on track.
• Website ownership. You confirm that you own or are authorized to manage the website and profiles we will work on.
• Compliance. You agree not to ask us to perform black-hat tactics, publish fake reviews, or misrepresent your business. We will decline such requests.

Intellectual Property

All reports, audits, strategies, and content we create for you become your property once paid for in full. You may use, publish, and modify them freely.

Our internal processes, templates, tools, and know-how remain ours, you are paying for the output and the expertise applied to your project, not for ownership of our methods. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our proprietary systems.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential. Details about your revenue, margins, customer data, marketing plans, and anything else you share during the engagement will not be disclosed to third parties or used for any purpose outside your project.

This obligation works both ways: our pricing, internal processes, and strategy documents shared with you are our confidential information and should not be passed on. Confidentiality survives the end of the engagement, ending the working relationship does not end the duty to keep each other's information private.

Limitation of Liability

We perform our work with professional care, but SEO operates within systems we do not control, search engine algorithms, competitor actions, and platform policy changes. Accordingly, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or business interruption.

If an error on our part causes a demonstrable problem, for example, a technical change that breaks part of your site, we will fix it at no charge as a priority. What we cannot do is accept responsibility for the normal uncertainties of search: ranking fluctuations, algorithm updates, or competitors outspending you.

Termination

Either party may end a monthly management engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement, typically 30 days. Fixed-scope projects (such as audits) are completed once delivered; cancellation mid-project is billed for work completed to that point.

On termination, we hand over everything: reports, documentation, account access changes, and a summary of work completed. We will also provide reasonable transition assistance, such as documenting work currently in progress, so a new provider or your in-house team can continue without disruption. Your website, profiles, and data remain yours. We do not hold your assets hostage, ever.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between us. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in full effect. These terms, together with your written service scope, form the complete agreement between us.

Changes to These Terms

If we update these terms, we'll post the revised version on this page with a new effective date and, for active clients, highlight what changed in plain language. We won't change terms retroactively to your disadvantage. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms, and if you don't, you can end the engagement under the termination terms above, no hard feelings.
